Wine glazed pork ribs tacos
This will bring new flavors to the all time loved tacos
You will also need: a saucepan
2 cups diced pork ribs with no bones
1 cup diced onions
1/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
How it´s done:
Heat up the saucepan
Add all the ingredients and cook for minutes.
Cover the saucepan and cook for 12 minutes
Remove the lid and cook until the sauce reduces.
Use it to fill taco shells, soft tacos, or to top nachos.
Combine with beans, guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
