Chocolate Mousse



Try this delicious, super easy chocolate mousse recipe at home to taste the rich chocolaty flavour.

Ingredients:

3 eggs,
1/4 cup Sugar,
300ml heavy cream,
300g dark chocolate (roughly chopped),
1 tbsp cocoa powder

For Garnishing:

mini Oreo cookies,
1 1/2 cups whipping cream,
Grated chocolate,
Raspberries



Method:

1. Beat eggs & sugar in a small bowl until mixture is thick and doubled in volume. 

2. Take a heatproof bowl. Place the chocolate in it and put the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Stir it until melted. Turn off the flame and keep it asideto cool.

3. Fold the egg and sugar mixture in cocoa powder and cooled chocolate until combined totally.



4. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff and fold the cream into the chocolate mixture. 

5. spoon mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate it for at least 3 hour. Garnish the dessert with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, chocolate curls, mini Oreo cookies anr raspberries.
