Mushroom Pakora

Its raining heavily in the to cheer this beautiful evening? Tea or coffee with Hot & crispy Mushroom Pakora....Woww ! Its really delicious.


1 cup mushroom ( grated ),
1 cup besan,
¼ cup rice flour,
½ tsp red chilli powder,
pinch of baking soda,
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp ginger garlic paste,
1 onion ( grated ),
1/2 cup bread crumbs,
1 cup grated cheese,
salt to taste,
refined Oil,
Water as required


1. Take besan & rice flour in a bowl.

2. Add chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, baking soda, chaat masala and salt. 

3. Make a smooth batter using water.

4. Now add the grated mushrooms followed by bread crumbs, chopped onions and grated cheese. 

5. Gently mix a pinch of baking soda.

6. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. 

7. Add in small ball like portions of the mixture in the pan and deep fry over medium flame. Fry on both sides until pakoras turn golden brown and crispy.

                    Now mushroom pakora is ready...serve hot with tea or coffee.
