4 Capsicum (chopped),
Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped),
5 Green Chillies (chopped ),
1 inch ginger (grated),
Poppy Seeds 1 tsp,
2 cups Besan,
half tsp Black Cumin ( kala jeera ),
Tke chopped capsicum, green chilli, grated ginger and coriander leaves in a bowl. Add black cumid, poppy seeds, salt and 2 tsp oil. Mix it well. Add besan. Pour water and make a thick batter. Blend it for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Make pakoras using this batter. Fry until pakoras turn golden brown. serve hot with tea or coffee.
