2 kg Curd (yogurt),
fresh mint leaves,
fresh coriander leaves,
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder,
1 tsp roasted coriander seeds powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
3 tbsp sugar (the proportion of sugar should be double the salt),
1 tbsp black salt(kala namak),
1 tsp black pepper powder,
1/2 tsp ground white pepper,
1 green chilli,
2 cup water

1) Put all the ingredients in a blender.
2) Blend it until smooth to make a nice mixture.
3) Refrigerate the drink for an hour and serve chilled in tall glasses with ice cubes.
