Pizza is an Italian food which is popular all over the world today. Everyone often goes out to eat pizza , but its fabulous if you prepare it at home.

1 tablespoon sugar,

Home made pizza sauce

The procedure for making pizza sauce:


1 cup tomato puree, 1 spoon of oregano powder, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon shimla mirch powder, 1 teaspoon olive oil


In a medium container mix tomato puree with oregano powder, garlic paste, shimla mirch and olive oil. Mix it well. Now your pizza sauce is ready.

Method of making pizza:

Take two cups of flour in a bowl. Mix 1 teaspoon East and 1 teaspoon sugar. Make a paste using hot water. Do not take too much hot water, if you do so then East will be destroyed. Make a tight paste or dough. Apply olive oil to it. Put some olive oil in a bowl and keep the dough by covering it for 45/60 minutes until the East started its reaction and the dough gets swollen.
Divide the dough into even balls of the same size. You will need a large flat space for rolling the dough. A marble slab or traditional chapati block are ideal choice. Lightly dust the rolling surface with flour.Take one ball and begin to flatten it between your palms. Move your rolling pin constantly in order to get as circular of a shape as possible. Spread the pizza cheese and grated cheese on it. Put a basil leaf and then keep it in the microwave oven at 180 degrees temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Your pizza is ready to searve.
