Mushroom Risotto ( Italian Cuisine )



Mushroom Risotto is an Italian recipe. It is delicious to taste and very easy to cook. This recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp Butter,
Olive oil,
1 tsp Garlic (chopped),
1 chopped onion ( medium sized ),
Arborio Rice or short-grain white rice( don't use Basmati rice instead ),
Fresh Mushrooms ( chopped ),
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar or Wine,
Salt,
1 tsp Pepper,
cheese ( grated )
1 tbsp fresh Cream,
1tsp Cream Cheese

METHOD:

1)Heat butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 tsp garlic and chopped onion. Fry it till it turns light golden.

2)Add arborio rice in it. Stir well to mix finely. Fry it for few minutes.

3) Add rice wine vinegar. You can add wine instead of rice wine vinegar. Add some water slowly and stir it continuously. Now add chopped mushrooms. Add salt and pepper, Add some water along with grated cheese. Cook it for 20-25 minutes. Then add fresh cream and cheese cream. Wait for the water to dry up.

Mushroom Risotto is now ready to serve.
